Best Tech champs to awaken?

I'm just curious, who are some of the best tech champs to awaken? I got a 6* Tech gem from the SQ and I want to know what champs benefit the most from being awakened.

Ghost, Nimrod, iDoom for prestige, Guardian if you have sigs, Ultron if you have sigs, Rocket is nice duped, idk anything about shocker and future antman.

This is true lol. Currently unawakened I have Warlock, Doc Oc., Mysterio, Nebula, OS, Sentinel, Howard the Duck, War Machine (have him as a 7* though as well), Rocket, Ultron, and a few other smaller champs that aren't worth a tech gem

Which of those do you use the most?

For me i like to awaken champs that i often use. I don't awakena champs that i won't use or hardly touch, even if they do need it the most.

For me i like to awaken champs that i often use. I don't awakena champs that i won't use or hardly touch, even if they do need it the most.

Honestly not many of them currently aside from arena grinding. However I would say if I were to pick from what I have I used Warlock the most. I was debating between Warlock, OS, and Ultron as my top contenders, but I also still need Stark Spidey since I don't have him at all.

Warlock is still good without awakening. If there is no urgency, then just save it.

Warlock is still good without awakening. If there is no urgency, then just save it.

That's what I'm beginning to think too. I'll just save it for now and maybe we will get a cool tech champ in the future, or if I happen to get Idoom in the future.
