I’d only agree with CGR here and will take your word on Nimrod as I don’t have him lol

Rintrah relies heavily on crit RNG so the one big burst isn’t guaranteed to finish the fight.

Namor, both storms. Technically, herc, rocket, havoc, sunspot, og Hulk, gambit with his relic, nebula, Shang chi, hela could all fit into a one big burst approach.

Agreed on rintrah; both him and sasquatch technically are big burst, but they need those crits and rintrah just doesn't...

Guardian and peni are similar to Shang Chi in terms of ramping a special 2 with charges for crazy damage. Cap IW is similar with less ramp although he does rely on it to crit for it to be a big sp2.

Longshot also if the opponent has buffs.

If we're excluding rintrah cause of crit rate then I feel like we have to exclude storm px too because of that. Her sp3 is big tho so maybe she still counts.
