Longshot - good cosmic champions are getting released practically every quarter. All of them are coming with crazy number of buffs, a Longshot will give you easy wins in multiple formats.

My second choice would be Mole Man for that evade counter.

Depends on what yoy struggle with more, evade champs or buff heavy champs
