Just got conqueror, in need of tips/suggestions for Act 5

I have managed to complete 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 so far, but in some of these quests the degeneration absolutely ruins my champs. Are there any certain champs i should be using? Also wanted to ask if there are any certain youtubers who are good for tips on how to get better at the game all around.
