Maybe I’m missing something but why doesn’t Wiccans neutralize prevent the indestructible and unblockable but Dooms stagger does? Doing the mystic path in 8.2.6
His neutralize reduces chances for buffs to proc by 100%. The opponents node increases it so much beyond 100% that the reduction from neutralize becomes pointless, since they still have more than 100% chance to proc the buffs
So that prevents abilities that prevent buffs. I thought that was only meaning that a buff would trigger more often. Thank you.
Yep. The 200% doesn't mean they trigger more other in this context it means reducing ability accuracy has little to no effect on weather the buffs triggers.
And like the man said, neutralize doesn't prevent buffs it reduces the ability accuracy on weather they occur or not.
I had the same problem, took a rinthar against that node and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.

Devs knew what they were doing.
Why tho? Why punish neutralize on every mystic path?
