Why i dont have the rewards

Hello everyone,
One hour ago i became Paragon. When I restart the game show to me the to emails that gongrats you because you are paragon and a second for the 7* event. Further more , it give me 6 more challenge. The 4 of 6 is to fight spefic one champ in side quest in each week, the other one is to complete the 4 challenge and the last onw is to complete 100% precent the threat lv5. The last challenge that i mentionedi had already done that and the challange has not confirmed. So my thoughts is that i have do to it again and i did it without any effect. So whats wrong ? Can i comnunicate with someone of the kabam team to solve my problem or i just not take the rewards, because if this happen is prety much unfair.
Plus i dont have the reward for exploring the main quest of the month
