Cassie's Special whiffs

Cassie's Sp1 & 2 are whiffing quite a lot
You guys did announce a bug fix on her but didn't address this grave issue
I don't want to throw a special in quests to be punished right after due to my hits whiffing and AI blocking the special.
Please do something about this.
I have also seen that her Heavy tends to whiff hits sometimes.
