We complain a lot. Like a lot. And some complaints are even pretty stupid (guilty myself).

However, and this is the important part, there are loads of bugs. And to us, as your consumer, it feels instead of reading what the consumers wants, we get given relics or more alliance quest potions.

The bugs don't get fixed. BG is basically a terrarium at this stage. Some cool rewards but meh overall.

The rewards are getting more and more pricey for less. And for the past 4 months I've been like "surely this was the last month of such massive issues. The next will be better!"

It's a great game and I get things need to become trickier as you progress. Naturally. But for the lads who haven't made it to Cavalier, they're being put back in the stone age with the poor rewards.

Bottom line, we as the consumer feel like we're not being listened to. "The peasants are revolting. Give them cake"

Some of the above is what got me to finally quit playing the game after over 8 years of playing and thousands spent (may come back eventually but highly unlikely and for sure no time remotely soon). The two absolute biggest areas though for me were:

1. Input issues been unreliable for well over 2 years.

2. How BG has been handled. Concerns about weak rosters getting free passes to GC while players were punished for ranking up their roster existed since season 2. I personally even did several videos proving how easy it was for 5k(ish) prestige rosters to get the same and even in cases far better BG rewards with far less effort than 16k+ rosters.

They ignored these concerns and proof for approximately half a year until people finally stopped playing BG as much and even started quiting the game (to include myself). At this point, it's too little too late.
