Its probably going to take months to rank up my 6 stars because of T5 cc .So should i just wait until i reach recommended rating or go for it anyway?

The only way to find out is to try. Some people got there with less than you have, some couldn’t get there with way more. You may need to rank up a few more 5*s for some lanes and bosses.

I’m pretty sure I got it with mostly 5*s and a few key 6* but they weren’t ranked up past R2. Sersi was my TB R3 because I pulled a cosmic T5cc first.

Go for it. Clearing content is how you get stronger. If it's too hard try some of the easier variants first.
