Fix paragon crystals drop rates

As someone who has opened a few crystals, the drop rates on paragon crystals have been worse than cavs for 6*s. Something isn't right.

They probably will in the future but for now I think it should stay as is.
7* is new and if they make it so easy to get, some ppl will start buying in bulk leaving everyone else behind. From a business standpoint, that's great but...ppl will get bored more quickly and complain again.
As someone having bought several themselves and got zero 7*, I say let it be for now.

I’ve opened about 40-50 of them since they’ve come out and gotten 2x 7*

It's just a dice, you can't get a 6 in a dice all the time, don't waste your units in RNG crystals.

Drop rates are accurate. RNG don’t care.

The 7* drop rates of Paragon crystals are horrible..or as Kabam puts it.."working as intended". Keep in mind that 7* are a new, have higher damage and healthpools, and require costly resources. They're meant to be RARE and harder to get. When 6*s were first introduced, they had lower drop rate than 5*'s.

It's an RNG gamble, so there are going to be very few hits and a ton of misses. The pool of champion options is also not that great, and some of them have to be awakened. What are your chances of doing that with this current trash drop rate?

My advice would be to save your 7* shards instead of opening paragon crystals. It might take longer, but you're guaranteed a 7* champ, unlike with the paragon crystal. Plus, there's no urgent need for a 7* champ right now. It's all hype to get you to blow your units. The only reason you'll absolutely need a 7* is to fully explore the "Shooting Stars" quest. But that's permanent content, so again, you can take your time collecting 7* shards.

Opened 132 crystals during the 7* event. 0 x 7* and half a dozen 6*.

Sometimes you're unlucky, sometimes you're lucky. That's just the way it is.

You know there is 0.2% chance to get 7 star from a one crystal,
Since opening multiple crystals dont stack the chance of getting a 7star,
Thats 99.8% chance at not getting 7star regardless of nuumber of crystals you open.

Have opened around 140 and got 1 7* ironically it was from the free ones from compensation

I think OP thinks that the 1% chance of 7* is wrong since cavs have 3% chance of 6* champion. It is very likely OP never knew when UC and Cav crystals came out, the top tier option from them started at 1% drop chance and was later increased after a period of time.

I got very lucky and got all 6 new features champs, even awaken shocker and FAM from only 15 plus got a new Wolverine so don't fix the RNG yet. I'm still hunting for a new Cable and need to awaken my CGR, Kate Bishop, Cassie Lang, VIV Vision, Baron Zemo and Wolverine. After I pull all this than you can change the RNG. Also I got 2 7 stars from around 90 Paragon crystals so that's a win as well. Didn't get any 6 stars from them but hey RNG works that way sometimes.

No. That's not how drop rates work. Drop rates aren't static like that. They are a per crystal drop. Opening 100 does not guarantee you'll get one.

Drop rates of the crystal are fine. I got extremely lucky with them. Others got terrible luck. It's literally fully random, stop trying to create conspiracy theories out of nothing. You would not be saying this if you were in my position and had gotten three 7*s out of twenty crystals.

Not exactly. The more crystals you open the more chance you have you might get at least one 7*. It's not 99.8% of not getting a 7* if you open 10 crystals

The chance does not increase. However the probability of getting a 7 star does increase with each crystal.

Here is an example,
The chance of you getting a head or tail is 50-50.
However if you get two heads or tails consecutively, the probablity of you getting another head goes down, yet chance remains the same.

In simple words, Probability is likeliness of a specific result compared to/with multiple results.

OP are you saying the drop rates aren't right for 6* champs in the paragon crystals? I don't see anything written about 7* champs as everyone is talking about 🤔

You just needed to revise it to clarify what I’m pretty sure you intended it to mean…

Thats 99.8% chance at not getting 7star **PER CRYSTAL** regardless of nuumber of crystals you open.

Instead of trying to justify something with a twist of wording afterwards.
