Didn’t receive side quest special objective rewards

I have completed the special objective Exterminate threat level 1+ - 19 defeats and received the two signature stone crystals but not the ultimate hero crystal. (Playing on iPad and tried restarting the game).

There are 5 different x19 (for Proven T.L. 1) steps in the Objectives.
In that Threat Level 1 group, the rewards in order of each x19 fights are T3 Cats, then the Ultimate crystal, then a 4* crystal, etc, etc. (in addition to SigStones at each of those 5 rewards)

You probably did just 19 fights, got the first set of rewards, and now see the Ultimate crystal as being the NEXT reward (once you do another 19 fights).

Thanks for explaining. I had a look at it with my brother as he’s not started the side quest yet and I can see that I got confused and didn’t realise what I was looking at 😔
