Can't get back in the game after update in Korea...HELP

Living in Canada, vacation to Korea. Did update in Korea on Oct 31. Then never able to get back in the game. When the game start, it only show the logo and then disappear. Have been reinstall it, sign out Apple ID, turn off the iPad. PLEASE ... HELP....
