Should there be a nexus selector for 3 different 5 star champions?

It could be any champion in those 3 slots except the new ones that aren't in the base pool yet. It could be a good way to get a 5 star you don't have and certain 5 stars should become more common now that there are 7 stars.

I know there's one 5 star champion you get every month but there isn't much choice.
It's a crystal with one champion only that you have a chance to get as a 6 star.
Could be more fun to have choices of which one to choose that suits other's progression needs as well as one that others don't even have as a 5 star

If you could select the champions in the 3 spots but still only choose one, why not just have 5 star selectors to choose champions in the base pool? I'm not sure if I understand your proposal or not.

They decide which champions will be in the nexus and we choose one of them(champions that are in the base pool).
If we have a selector of all the champions in the base pool you will have to scroll over a long list

It's almost too easy to get 5*s at late cav-paragon. 5* shards are just becoming easier and easier to obtain, and I'm sure sometime in the next few months we'll see them become even easier as players start converting more and more towards 7*s. We already have featured crystals, dual class crystals and the basics, not to mention monthly Cav crystals and a few other sources. If you want new champions, target the 5* Featured or the Arena. If you want old champions, target the Dual Class crystals.

Just seems useless to me personally. Collectors get to have their fun mass opening 5* crystals and we get 24 ISO bricks just for a cheap 10k. If they added the ability to get Nexus' for an increased price, I know for a fact I'd never buy it. I often buy all 50k shards from the BGs store and pop either 5 basics or 5 dual class. One Nexus would cost the majority of that just for one champion. Even if I pull someone I want, they're not getting ranked up as a 5*.
