    You and everyone receives an email every single month on how to get legend, I'd recommend reading it next time (usually at start of new monthly EQ).

    Legend title hasn't meant much in several years as it's so easy to get as all the real competition got it many years ago which has opened the way for rather weak accounts to get it, taking away any real meaning of it.
