Can someone explain the point of BG emotes? Is there a reason outside of greed. In all honesty, it's not a big deal as I mute them immediately every match but what purpose do they serve? All they do is invoke toxicity and being a ****. I'd fully be for this if they had a free one that said "GG".... There isn't one emote that is positive. Why stir up negativity for absolutely no reason??? I'd even be ok with negative ones if they'd sprinkle in even ONE semi positive emote.

The emotes should be "GG"....."sorry the bug killed you"....."have a nice day"....do better Kabam.

It's a picture that goes up on screen for a few seconds. Have fun with it. If you perceive them using it in a negative light and you really can't stand that, there's a mute button. More emotes will likely be added as time goes on, and I imagine they'll add some positive, and some more negative ones, as time goes on.

I feel ya.....something as inconsequential as that shouldn't ever bother anyone but I've never wanted to reach through a mobile screen and choke someone as much as I did the other day when a modder with his 4k pi champs legitimately spammed 20 Loki's after beating all my champs in about 11 seconds....as long as it took my finger to reach the mute button it probably was sent 15-20x.....I get harmless fun and poking fun here and there even, but being a piece of **** modder AND THEN rubbing it in vs people who play the game legitimately....there's a special place in hell for people like that.

Is very weird that they have purposely added a toxic feature and even forced us to multi tap the screen twice every single match (which can result is stability problems and make us lose the match as well).

And is even worse that they keep delaying the option to turn them off for good, something that was promised since their introduction

I usually turn them off but I do like the cap salute emote so I occasionally turn them back on just to use that emote.
