How do i get away from Kabams standard computer answers?

Hi i am trying to get my main account moved to another mail as i have 2 Google Play account mails, and its caught on the wrong one
Now for some reason Kabam wants to know my first 2 ever buys + date when i created my character
And i dont know where to find this ...they dont help they just computer answer some answers are wrong..
What do i do as when i answer back i just get same response from another employee

I'm assuming they'll need that information to verify that you are in fact the account holder. Though I will say you're going to need some memory if that is the case, I wouldn't be able to answer them questions if I was needed to, they need to find a better way to verify users

Have you tried checking your payment and subscription.. under it there is a budget+ history you can view all your transaction
