Can’t log in

When I try to log in it keeps telling me my password is wrong, when I never changed it. Could I have been banned by mistake or is this a bug? Never got a ban notice if that’s the case.

Apparently it has something to do with the online store, but I still don’t know what my password could have been changed too.

For online Store, you have to login with your GAME login/password.

NOT your FORUM login/password (which may potentially be different from in Game, since you create those separately and independently).

(in case that is the problem)
Are you getting that notice when logging into Store up here, or when logging into game ?

Either you are misremembering your login and password, or someone else changed it. You should first try to change your password using the "forgot password" procedure. See here: https://help.kabamsupport.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051236232-Kabam-ID-Password-Reset

If this does not work, you will need to open a ticket with support and ask them to investigate, and/or reset your password. You may need all of the information they will ask for as part of account ownership verification. See here: https://help.kabamsupport.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
