1. Build up to right below SP3
2. Use SP2 to get an Incinerate debuff
3. Use SP1 to get a Shock debuff
4. Heavy to combine them into a Plasma
5. Repeat

Can also just do Heavy cancel to SP3 to get the Plasma.

Don't be salty! IMIW is an amazing champion, but he's more utility focused than quick damage. Some of his uses include:

Evade counter
Power mitigation with shock/plasma up
Easy access to shock/incinerate debuffs
Passive dot from plasmas
Armor break
Heal block
Armor passives
Unblockable sp1
Situational access to immunities
General tankiness

Most of my offensive experience with him has been outside of battlegrounds, but I would recommend trying out a sp2/sp1 plasma cycle, fusing with a heavy for the bonus damage. After that you can do MLLLL combos, and they'll never get to a sp3 unless they have some form of power gain. If they survive long enough you can build more plasmas with sp2/sp1, though I would guess a 7* should finish most fights before that point.
