Add special disabling to more champs.

Antman Future is AWESOME!!!Big fan of the whole design. So I owe that guy a beer. Or a smoothie or whatever. But I REALLY love the special disable. Being able to time two close sp1s together with an sp2. Or disable sp3 in favor of the sp2 is great!

This led me to think to about all the amazing mystics we could have or have had with this in their kit.

Please add this to more champs!!

    I did like the feature too. I could imagine that this could be something they introduce with the next relic generation (Not the best idea but it is realistic)
