Event quest and infinite downloading screen

Hey guys I've been experiencing a glitch where the screen automatically load to downloading for infinite when ever i do this fight in the event quest were mentioned below already mailed up the issue but still not cleared it, does anyone experience the same???
the bug is on 2 path monthly quest chapter 2.1 omega sentinel path while taking omega sentinel the loading screen triggers
