Do you dash back with your right or your left hand?

I thought everyone universally dashed back with their left hand but after talking with some people I discovered that others use their right hand? I just want to make sure I’m not insane or anything.

You’ve completely changed my thinking of this game. I’ve always done everything with my right hand but specials and parry. I might have to learn to dash with my left
