why i have a difference of 3 days between my secondary account and the main one

the shop should be reset and I still can't buy celestial alloy 1 while everything else is reset.
In my alliance everyone was able to redeem the celestial except me.
I had a display bug at the start of the new store on the 22nd, I talked to support about it but they don't understand anything.

Hepl me please.

I have the same problem. Celestial, tier 2 class alloy and tier 3 basic alloy did not refresh. Everything else did refresh.

Any chance this will be fixed? It won't be too bad waiting a couple of extra days now, but I am just afraid it will be permanently out of sync.
