Complaints proceedure?
Does anyone out there (maybe mods?) have details on how I raise an official complaint regarding the support team?
I've been trying to get an issue resolved with them and all I keep getting back is the standard copy and paste reply that we've all seen multiple times- literally 6 emails now just going around in circles with them.
I've asked for details of their escalation process, complaints procedure or contact details for a higher level of management team but so far all my requests have been ignored.
