Does the Summoner's Market limit reset?

So I bought an Odin's Vault and I am thinking about buying another, yet I don't want to buy the one in the in-game store since obviously it's cheaper and gives more units. The in-game store Vault can be bought up to 4 times but in summoner's market it's only one. I am curious if it's intentional or not since I don't want to buy another one just so it turns out I could do so for a cheaper price.

    no, the limit is 1 per bundle in the market
