Is it just me, or are the 7* shards pretty seriously overpriced in the deals?

Obviously a pretty comprehensive set of deals, and I do think it is good that Kabam is giving us options on the unit deals. Also like the fact that you can pick up a second round of them if you wish.
That said, as i look at the valuation on some of the offers, the offers that include 7* shards seem to be the lowest value. I get that they are new and fully agree the 7* champs are generally very good, but I compare for example the tier 3 paragon offer and you are getting one 7* for the equivalent of 3 T6CC, 100 sig stones, a generic AG, 2 selectable 6*’s from a pretty good champ year, and ~ 1 1/2 R4s (since you do also get two T6B and T3A with the 15k 7* shards).
I get that all of our rosters are in different places, but that seems like a lot vs. a what could end up being a 7* VtD. Other tiers seem similar as does the valuation of the shards on the cash deals. Again, I get that there are people out there with much better rosters than mine that may not need R4’s, AGs, sig stones, and R5 mats but are 100% hunting for 7*s.
