Rhino rework/buff please!!

Rhino is just sad... Why don't you guys rework/buff him already? He deserves it more than anyone! Even juggs and collossus got them! Pls rework asap

all he does is unst when dashing back and sometimes unb.. he got no damage, and he's **** in defense as well because parrying exist
