Holy cow, that is an amazing roster to go to the GM fight with. I think I only had 1 6* at that stage, and it was Iron Fist. So you are spoiled for choice!
Really, take whoever you are most comfortable with. That fight is all about skill and reflexes. A good health pool and reach help a lot. If it were me, I would take Kitty, CGR and Hulkling from that roster for the GM fight.
