Remove pausing of BG matches

This guy hit my purgatory twice and paused the match for the rest of the duration and won. I know I lost it early but he would too. @Kabam Miike kindly take steps against it. Punish the opponents pausing the game like reducing half their champion's life as in alliance quest.

    I know that even if spiderman's life is reduced half he would win but it would be satisfying that he had played the match from start to end rather pausing the match. Unbearable
