Question Regarding the In-Game Offers (for Units)

I bought some of the Unit Bundles and used those Units to buy some of the in-game offers. I managed to buy another Unit Bundle for units to try and buy enough for the Solo Event, but the offers are not showing up in my home page. The email clearly states that the offers can be started (from Tier 1) all week. Will it refresh tomorrow or am I just stuck with my Units??

    The message also states that once you buy the first offer you will have 48 hours to buy the next one. Unfortunately you will no longer be able to get those offers.

    Sorry, I should've explained that I had already bought the tiers once already. Now I'm attempting to buy the first tier once again. Though I'm imagining that the 48 hour rule would apply for some reason

    Yes, the 48-hour rule still applies. It reset each time an offer was purchased, but once that first offer was purchased it was going to be 48 hours from the next one no matter what.
