    Scorpion is better overall but Overseer benefits more from the awakening

    Scorp is just the best. The regen is good for BGs and the blocking unblockable can come in handy occasionally. I mean Mr. Neg and Overseer want it more, but Scorp is a better champ overall.

    Overseer ramps up so quickly with his sig ability just need sig 1, high sig is nice to have for damage but not necessary
