Are the new BGs rewards permanent?

So I know in the post that BGs is open to lower progression levels only in season 9 because of AW being down. I could tell if the new rewards added to the solo events are limited to this season or permanent. If anyone can clarify it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Currently the buffed rewards are for this season only. I wish these rewards would have stayed for future seasons as well since current solo milestones do not make it up to our efforts. Solo milestones should start containing more r4 mats , 7* shards as well along with what is currently present.
