Just a suggestion

Instead of using using precious employee manpower hours, and time to add something to the game, like the combo tracker, that nobody asked for I think those manpower hours would much better be served, trying to fix bugs in input issues in the game, instead of adding something new, that probably will only calls more bugs and issues. I mean what happened to Champion buffs?? People love those but yet we get combo tracker, which no offense is kind of annoying, but I am thankful you added something so we can disable it.

Wait until this guy hears about people having different jobs and skillsets

whenever someone suggests this, it is quite obvious they have never worked in IT
That’s literally what I do! Lmao!

    or worked anywhere.......
Allocating resources it’s not rocket science. Centralized allocation, decentralized, allocation, hybrid allocation. Project-based allocation. It’s not hard for organizations to tailor allocation to their structure and goals. I just find it silly to allocate resources for things people have never asked for, and that truly do not serve a real purpose.

Unless you know the specifics on the volume of resources allocated towards developing little pictures that pop up when inputs happen, there's not much discussion to be had there. It doesn't serve a real purpose to you because it's not meant for you, obviously. You're describing it as a small addition that nobody asked for, which is likely equal to the amount of resources allocated for this project. A small amount that didn't turn any heads.

By your logic here. You would be fine with allowing someone on the character design team to touch and mess around with Kabams code which is already known to be incredibly complicated, confusing, and buggy? Do you think Kabam hires a VFX artist and in the interview asks if they can code at a high level? No because thats ridiculous
To put it in your own words it's not rocket science. You should be able to understand that not everyone can do everything and people have their own jobs to do.

It's up to kabam to hire people to squash the bugs (those new hires would also have to learn everything there is about how kabam does things mind you) but it is incredibly ignorant for you to say they can just allocate more resources that currently dont exist

You do realize not everyone does the same job right?

Kabam Zero's literal Job is making QoL changes and other improvements like autofill in arena, express mode, autofilling resources from stash...etc. They are just doing their job and I am quite grateful the combo tracker was added because it'll make it a lot easier for content creators to showcase what combos they are using.

So we blame him for this srena express bug? Jk zero is a nice guy

I know this is a joke but i'd like to think once he develops something it gets passed off to the game team and is in their hands after that and he continues cooking up some fire in his QoL kitchen

Yes, I do realize that everyone does not have the same job. I also realize there’s someone in charge and whoever’s job is allocated to do silliness like this should be reallocated to more serious issues. You do realize companies can do away with certain jobs or change peoples projects? Acting like someone’s job is set in stone and they can’t do other things or be allocated somewhere else in a big company is just ridiculous. They let go 12% of their workforce recently when they still have massive problems in their game, but yet they kept the job of somebody that was making the combo tracker. Ok!

What you’re describing is the equivalent of telling a car salesman who’s never worked on a car that they’re now a mechanic. Sure maybe it’s possible with some training and time, but would you really want who’s never looked at the inside of the hood of a car work on yours?
