Duped or Unduped Gorr for AW defence?

Was wondering how important Gorr’s sig is for AW defence I have a duped (sig 60) R3 6* Gorr and an unduped R1 7*. Of these two, who would be the better choice on defence?

    Gorr doesn't really need that dupe for defence

    the dupe lets his debuffs last longer, so seems like it would be rather useful for attack or defense
