Why does infamous iron man wear a loose fitting mask and then blame the opponent when it falls off?
It's his fault, he should be careful with his mask.

Budget only allowed for the mask to be removed in one instance. Lots of internal debate about this instance including the biggest paper airplane war Canada has seen

Some say, it does, it's just not aired to us as it won't look good on him repeatedly handling mask while fighting except that one time when he gets really angry.
Kingpin does test the durability of these masks.
