Issues with daily crystal

I have become uncollected like a week or two back but i am just not getting daily and free uncollected crystal but i get uncollected arena crystal , reduced cost in glory shop etc . I wrote a ticket to kabam but 0 response , i have added images to show that i wrote ticket and that i have become uncollected . Please tell me a way to get it fixed!
