6* Awakening Gem Inventory Limit

How come my Mystic 6* Awakening Gem has a limit on it but my other Class associated ones do not?

Visual Bug or actual Inventory issue?

I can't remember correctly but I think the gems from the max sig crystals has a cap or its the other way around
