    They literally do completely different things.

    But if you mean "which one should I rank up", then as a 5*, Miles will be helpful for a lot longer than Torch.

    But also take Torch up to 4/40 at least: he'll be very helpful clearing Act 4/5.

    Against mystic champs use Torch and against unblockable specials use Miles. If I had a choice with no explanation then I guess Miles since he's a 5 star.
