Missing Gladiator Circuit Rewards

I made it to Glad Circuit this BG season and ended in URU III. However, I only received Solo and Alliance rewards BUT DID NOT receive rewards for making it to Glad Circuit. I played and won a couple of matches once I reached it.
Does anyone else have this problem?

    did you complete at least one match in GC? because that is a requirement, and i did receive my GC rewards shortly after solo and alloance rewards
