Are Legends Run still a thing?

Do Legends runs still happen? I don't think I've heard someone mention the title, runs or rewards since 2017 in all honesty. I don't remember how you get it or if it's unobtainable like Mythic. And if it is still obtainable, how? And why are the rewards so bad no one talks about them.
