Kabam ID Deletion

So my account is Futbol 4 L1F3, but I lost the email and password so I have no idea what the login is. I’m logged into the account with GameCenter but don’t know if getting a new phone will erase my account. Is it possible to create a new Kabam ID or delete it but keep my account? Thank you.
