Map 8 Costs

Howdy... With Alliance Wars being further delayed, has there been any discussion about making map 8 free until war returns. Many players, myself included, use loyalty to pay for a good part of the Map 8 cost and with no wars, loyalty is super hard to come by. The 1000 you can earn per day from pressing help is simply not enough.
