How to 100%

I have a quest (act 4.2.1) where I have 99% the quest but EVERY path is fully completed. How do I do this?

Probably just missed one part of a path somewhere when it reset after they redid it.

Double check every line is fully filled in, no dotted ones

There are some maps where there's a single path that gets missed and requires an entire redo of it for that one path. Yes, it's infuriating, but we've all done it.

Note, the above replies are talking about when they revamped Act 4 a while back.
Anyone who was not already 100% explore may have then encountered path sections of uncompleted because of merged, changed, etc, paths.
