Missing Alliance BGs Rewards

So I was banned because of the mythic crystal glitch while rewards for BGs were sent. I got my solo for circuit and solo event, but not the alliance rewards. I sent a ticket to Kabam support, and they said we would get them soon. This was a week ago. Please help.

    Kabam doesn’t care about properly fixing their mistake, just getting some people to stop talking about it is all they care about. That’s why we got to keep some of the 7 and 6* champs and why we still haven’t gotten AW season rewards. But, if we don’t get them by this coming update I’m assuming it’s fair game to use the champs we got in AQ/AW as well as Battlegrounds 🤷‍♂️.
