Alliance war error

In alliance war i am facing a bug i can place my heroes for alliance defense but i am unable to enter map for alliance war attack phase when ever i try to enter in any battlegroup it shows me this


Device: infinix hot 10
Device operating system: android 10
Network: mobile data (zong sim)
Game version: 40.1.1

Please help me with this problem this happened to me after alliance war new update previous i ignored it but the problem is showing up again if this continues i would not be able to participate in alliance war.

Same here, this is killing the alliance season given almost towards the end….is kabam even know about this? has this been addressed???
