Question - What are the methods to get Greater Arena Boost Crystals?

I have a ton of the regular ones that I will pretty much never use (sometimes a boosted 3* exceeds an un-boosted 4*), but would like to get more of the 4* arena boosts for Summoner Trials Arena.

I get the 4* in fairly small quantity in content and use them, but I confess that I have paid little attention to where I have earned them from.

I know you get them from some milestones in the Champion (Regular and Featured) Arenas, but where else do they come from?

You get them from the milestone rewards in the other two areas also
