I bought a phone last week and switched my game from old one to new one, now the phone has faulty features so company replaced with a new phone, will i be banned if i change the phone within span of two weeks?

No you can play on any number of phones or tablets. It only becomes an issue when you use an emulator or other third party software. I bounce back and forth between a phone and two tablets.
