Excuses to forget the old ones

It seems that kabam purposely throws characters with errors to forget the old ones.

It also turns out that good characters like Absorbing Man and Shocker magically require tweaks because KABAM isn't happy with it and that seems fair, however due to age there are characters that deserve even more the time to get a buff.
Why KABAM balance 1 character permont in the last months?
Why doesn't kabam take 3 characters at the same time?
Where are the buffs of Sentry, Superior Iron Man, Electro?
Nobody wants the "buffs" of Joe Fixit or Civil Warrior... what about that?

    Kabam has very clearly stated that they only buff an older champ when the two new champs in the cycle don't need tweaks. They only have so many people that work on champs. And FYI, plenty of people liked those buffs to fixit and civil warrior.
