Game Stuck on update screen

Am I'm the only phasing this issue?

    I already send a ticket but I'm still stuck on legendary incursion fight I can't move.

    Please Fix this Soon

    Or increase the time for affected players so we can also get the good rewards.

    The game is stuck on updating screen and not downloading the update I tried too many WiFi and others network but it's still same no effect.

    I'm having the same problem. It's been 2-3 days and won't go past update screen.
    I sent a ticket and their reply "they've been informed" no fix
