BG not showing up??

I have updated the game and I am conqueror but for some reason don’t see battlegrounds?

Battlegrounds is only available for players who have reached Uncollected. It was available for players below Uncollected for a limited time, but not anymore

My brother and alliance members who are also conqueror have battlegrounds.
