Why is the Store like this?

It’s the same item (T2 Alpha) yet they are priced differently and have a slightly different quantity.
Same thing is happening with the 1k 6* Shards.

Is it just giving access to the prices of other progression levels?

Yes, you get access to your progression level and one level lower. I don’t really understand why the prices are so different but that’s why you see it twice for two different prices.

The 6* shards for paragon vs TB are very different costs with paragon being way more expensive and with a lower purchase cap.

With the amount of loyalty per win in war, this store is just a revive and potion store. Kabam missed the mark again with prices far too high.
Considering the cost of other stores, BG and glory.
Imo poor form again
